Whitelabel & Branding Policy

1. What whitelabel means in Kreeda

Academies can present Kreeda to their parents and students under their own identity: their academy name, logo and brand colour in the app, public academy page, certificates and digital passports, and their own web address. The underlying software, hosting and security remain provided by Kreeda.

2. Address options

• Kreeda subdomain — for example yourdojo.kreedasportsacademy.in. Subdomains are assigned by us on request, on a first-come basis.
• Your own domain or subdomain — for example app.yourdojo.com, which you point to Kreeda through DNS.
• We may offer domain purchase and management as a separate service in future; until then, domains are bought and renewed by the Academy with a registrar of its choice.

3. Subdomain rules

• Use your academy's real name or a clear abbreviation. Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only.
• Not allowed: names of other academies, federations, governing bodies, brands or public figures you are not authorised to represent; misleading, offensive or reserved names (such as admin, support, billing, www, api).
• We may refuse, reclaim or rename a subdomain that breaks these rules, is the subject of a valid trademark complaint, or is unused after the Academy's account is closed.

4. Connecting your own domain

• Add a CNAME record pointing your chosen host to kreedasportsacademy.in, and a TXT record with the verification value shown in Settings, so we can confirm you control the domain.
• DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate worldwide. Use "Verify domain connection" in Settings after adding the records; if it is not ready yet, come back later and check again.
• Once verified, an SSL/TLS certificate is issued automatically so your address works over HTTPS. Status moves from DNS pending to SSL provisioning to Active.
• A domain can be connected to only one Academy at a time.

5. Domain ownership and responsibility

• You must own, or be authorised to use, any domain you connect. You remain the registrant and are responsible for renewing it and keeping DNS records in place.
• If the domain expires, the DNS records are removed, or they point elsewhere, the branded address will stop working. Your data stays safe and the app remains available at the Kreeda address.
• When you disconnect a domain or close your account, remove the DNS records. We stop serving the Academy on that domain.

6. Your brand assets

• You keep all rights in your academy name, logo, colours, photos and other brand assets.
• You confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright or rights of publicity.
• You grant Kreeda a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, resize and display these assets only to provide the Service to you and your users.
• We may remove brand assets that are unlawful, infringing, offensive or inappropriate for children.

7. Kreeda attribution

A small "Powered by Kreeda Sports Academy" notice and links to our legal policies may appear in the app, on public pages and in some messages. Plans that allow removing or reducing attribution will say so in the app. Legal notices required by law, payment-partner rules or app-store policies cannot be removed.

8. Using the Kreeda brand

• "Kreeda Sports Academy", "Kreeda", the Kreeda logo and related marks belong to Queo Technologies.
• Academies may say that they use Kreeda and may link to our website. Do not modify our logo, use it as your own, or imply that we endorse your academy, event or results.
• Do not register domains, social handles or app listings that include "Kreeda" or confusingly similar names.

9. Complaints

If you believe a subdomain, custom domain or branded page on Kreeda infringes your rights, email support[AT]kreedasportsacademy[dot]com with details and proof of your rights. We will review and act promptly.
