1. About these terms

Kreeda Sports Academy ("Kreeda", "we", "us") is a software product owned and operated by Queo Technologies. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kreeda web app at https://kreedasportsacademy.in, this website at https://kreedasportsacademy.com, the installable progressive web app (PWA), the parent app, public academy pages, digital sports passports and all related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from them, including the Privacy Policy, Payments & Refund Policy, Payment Gateway Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms and Whitelabel & Branding Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an academy, club, school or other institution, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Who can use the Service

• Academy owners and administrators ("Academy") who subscribe to Kreeda to manage their institution.
• Coaches, staff and branch managers invited by an Academy.
• Parents and guardians invited by an Academy to view and manage information about their children.
• Adult students invited by an Academy.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an Academy or parent account. Children use the Service only through a parent or guardian, or through an account the Academy manages with guardian consent.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Email and mobile numbers may be verified by one-time password (OTP).
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Academies are responsible for the users they invite and the roles and permissions they assign.
• Tell us immediately at support[AT]kreedasportsacademy[dot]com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Free plan, subscriptions and fees

Academies may use the Free plan at no cost, with the features and limits shown in the app. The Free plan does not expire; we may change what it includes with reasonable prior notice. Features beyond the Free plan require an active paid subscription. Plan features, limits and prices are shown inside the app at the time of purchase.

Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Payments & Refund Policy. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Academy data and responsibilities

Data that an Academy or its users add to the Service — student records, attendance, fee records, grading results, certificates, media and messages ("Academy Data") — belongs to the Academy. The Academy decides why and how that data is processed and is the data fiduciary for it under applicable Indian law. Kreeda processes Academy Data on the Academy's instructions to provide the Service.

The Academy is responsible for:

• Having a lawful basis and, where required, verifiable consent from parents or guardians before adding a child's personal data.
• The accuracy of fees, schedules, grading criteria, certificates and results it publishes.
• Its own relationship with students and parents, including fee collection, refunds, safety, insurance and conduct of classes, events and tournaments.
• Complying with laws that apply to its business, including tax, consumer protection and child-safety laws.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or infringing content, or content that exploits minors in any way.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people who have not opted in.
• Attempt to access another Academy's data, probe or bypass security controls, or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or frame the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use automated means to scrape the Service or overload our infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any Academy, federation or governing body.

7. Third-party services

Parts of the Service rely on third parties, including payment gateways (through QueoTech Payment Hub and Easebuzz), Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, SMS/OTP providers, email delivery and cloud hosting. Your use of those features is also subject to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for outages, decisions or charges of third-party providers, but we choose them carefully and integrate them securely.

8. AI assistant

Kreeda may offer an in-app assistant that answers questions using your Academy's own data within your role's permissions. Answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete; verify important information before acting on it. Assistant requests are logged for security and quality.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and the "Kreeda Sports Academy" name, is owned by Queo Technologies and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Academies keep all rights in their own names, logos and content and grant us a licence to host and display them solely to provide the Service (see the Whitelabel & Branding Policy).

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, and we may add, change or retire features. If we make a material change that reduces core functionality of a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

11. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time. Academy owners can cancel their subscription from the app.
• We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, security risk, or where required by law.
• After termination, an Academy may request an export of its data within 30 days. After that period we may delete Academy Data, except where we must retain records by law (for example, invoices and payment records).

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queo Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Academy to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

Academies agree to indemnify us against claims arising from Academy Data, the Academy's dealings with its students and parents, or the Academy's breach of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably — please write to support[AT]kreedasportsacademy[dot]com. If it is not resolved within 30 days, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Queo Technologies in India.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. For material changes we will notify Academy owners in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. You can start or sign in at https://kreedasportsacademy.in/login.
